It's trauma-informed, science-backed, and designed specifically for high-achieving women who need more than another meal plan.

No rigid meal plans or food rules. Instead, you'll learn a flexible framework that helps you tune into your body's signals and make empowered choices. We provide structure and guidance, but the goal is self-trust—not external control.

No, this is coaching—not therapy. While I'm trained in trauma-informed approaches, I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work complements therapy beautifully, and many clients work with both a therapist and a coach. If deeper trauma work is needed, I'll support you in finding the right therapeutic resources.
